SUVOCAL has enhanced community bonding in rural areas by engaging local populations in economic and cultural development. The university has adopted ten villages—Piprahwa, Palta Devi, Semari, Gayaghat, Dulha Sumali, Piparsan, Deviapur, Magarahiya, Boharwa, and Ganvaria—to raise awareness and support local entrepreneurship. The initiative focuses on:
-
Preserving local heritage and monuments.
-
Promoting folk art and crafts.
-
Encouraging health, hygiene, and environmental sustainability.
-
Strengthening cultural traditions and literacy.
-
Celebrating regional festivals and social events.
By promoting local products and skills, the campaign fosters a sense of identity and self-reliance while encouraging collaboration between different communities.
